By using the SolarTools website (solartools.com.tr) and portal (portal.solartools.com.tr), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of the Service

SolarTools provides software/subscription services for energy monitoring and management, together with related hardware products. The content and features of the services may be updated without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, visuals, software, trademarks, logos and designs on the site and portal belong to SolarTools or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or distribution of the content is prohibited.

4. User Obligations

• To use the services in accordance with applicable legislation and these terms,
• To ensure the security of your account and keep your login credentials confidential,
• To refrain from actions that would harm the system, gain unauthorised access or misuse the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, SolarTools cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure or interruptions/errors beyond its control. This provision does not limit your rights arising from consumer legislation.

6. Sales and Payment

Product and service sales are carried out through the portal and are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and the Delivery and Returns terms. Payments are collected through a secure payment infrastructure (iyzico).

7. Changes

SolarTools may update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on this page.
